Telemarketing Sales Representative (TSR)


Job Description:
Under the general supervision of the Contact Center Manager, the TSR contacts account sales daily by phone, qualifies lead eligibility, communicate features/benefits of account, overcomes objections and gains agreement of the sale. Sends collateral customer information to a verifier. Communicates and collaborates effectively with Mentors, Campaign Managers and fellow team members on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

--High School Diploma or equivalent
--1+ year of telephone sales/customer service preferred
--Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
--Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask
--Excellent attendance records a MAJOR plus!
--Availability to work from 6am to 9pm Mon-Sun
--Solid PC skills
--Ability to read and write English
--Bilingual (Spanish) a plus not mandatory
--Friendly and outgoing individuals willing to give our customers A+ Customer Service.
